What LeaseAI is (and isn't)
LeaseAI provides plain-language explanations of residential lease agreements using artificial intelligence. LeaseAI is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. The information LeaseAI provides is for general informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as a substitute for consultation with a licensed attorney regarding your specific situation.
Accuracy of AI-generated content
LeaseAI uses artificial intelligence to analyze documents. While we work to make this analysis accurate and helpful, AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or misunderstandings of complex or ambiguous language. We clearly indicate our confidence level for each finding, and we encourage you to verify any important legal or financial decision with a licensed professional before acting on it.
No guarantee of outcomes
We do not guarantee that using LeaseAI will prevent disputes, protect your legal rights, or result in any particular outcome regarding your lease agreement.
User responsibilities
You agree to: only upload documents you have the legal right to upload and analyze; use LeaseAI for personal, non-commercial purposes unless you have a separate enterprise agreement with us; not attempt to abuse, overload, or circumvent our usage limits or security measures.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeaseAI and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to financial losses related to lease agreements, disputes with landlords, or reliance on AI-generated analysis.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service for users who violate these Terms, attempt to abuse the system, or use the service for unlawful purposes.
Payments, refunds and cancellation
Paid plans are billed through Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record for LeaseAI purchases. Refund eligibility, the cancellation process, and how billing periods work are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of LeaseAI after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
